Tickets

  • How can I purchase tickets for the sporting event?

    Tickets can be purchased for the EPC2023 using the following link: https://shop.ticketing.cm.com/european-para-championships-2023/?language=en

  • What are the ticket prices?

    The ticket price for Rotterdam Ahoy is €7.50 per ticket. The City Centre Courts are free to enter, subject to registration at the door.

  • What sports will be played during the event?

    For all sports and info, check out the sports page

Transport

  • How to get there by public transport?

    Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by bus, metro, and train. From bus and metro station Zuidplein you can walk to Ahoy in just 5 minutes!

  • Are parking options available at the event?

    Yes, Rotterdam Ahoy offers plenty of space for your car. A parking space costs €19 per day. Want to be sure of a parking spot next to Ahoy? You can buy a parking ticket with parking guarantee before the event. Didn’t buy a parking guarantee? You can still park at Ahoy, depending on availability. Be aware that without a parking guarantee, there is a chance that no parking spaces are available.

    Parking space full but have a pre-purchased guaranteed parking ticket? Then show it to the traffic controller and you’ll gain access.

  • How do I get there by bike?

    Do you live in Rotterdam? Come by bike! Healthy, easy, and sustainable. Coming by public transport? Take an ‘OV-fiets’ (public transport shared bike) from Rotterdam CS.

    You can park your bike or scooter in the (unguarded) bike park at the front of Ahoy.

If you travel by public transport to Rotterdam Ahoy during #EPC2023 and can prove this to us, you will receive a free cup of coffee or tea as a thank you for choosing this option!

About the EPC2023

  • How can I stay informed of any changes in the program or schedule?

    Keep an eye on our website, socials and app. This way you will stay up to date on all the latest updates surrounding the EPC2023.

  • What are the rules regarding photography and videography during the event?

    You are not allowed to bring professional cameras. However, it is possible to take photos and videos with your cell phone. Do not take pictures with flash.

  • Is there a live stream?

    There are livestreams of the sports every day. These can be found at the top of www.epc2023.com homepage.

     

  • What happens in case of bad weather? Will the event go on then?

    Most of the sports take place indoors, so will continue even in the event of bad weather. For the outdoor sports Para Cycling, Para Archery, Wheelchair Tennis and the Boccia finals, only in the event of severe weather alerts, such as thunderstorms, will an alternative be considered to allow the sport(s) to continue.

At the event

  • Can I bring my own food and drink to the sporting event?

    You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink. There are plenty of opportunities to obtain food and drink in Ahoy.

  • Will the event be accessible?

    Yes. We aim to make EPC2023 as accessible as possible for everyone. For example, ramps and lifts will be available at all event locations and assistance will be available at all entrances.

  • Are there opportunities to buy souvenirs or merchandise from the event?

    In Rotterdam Ahoy we have a merchandise store, so don’t forget when you go to the EPC2023 in Rotterdam Ahoy, you can visit our merchandise store on site for the perfect souvenir of the European Para Championships. We also have an online webshop, where we have put together a collection of high-quality merchandise.

  • Are there lockers available?

    No, no lockers will be made available in Rotterdam Ahoy
